Getting Ready

"Soon to Be" sweatshirt

Bride's Attire

Shoes! - Originally I wanted green shoes but now I don't think they'll go that well with my dress.  Instead, I've decided to follow family tradition and go with a white/ivory wedge heel.  This is a photo from my parent's wedding and the inspiration for my shoes.  My sister also wore wedges for her wedding.  Hot, right!? :-)

My mom's dress that you see above also had a detachable lace train.  I'll be using some lace from that to make a Mantilla veil.  Earrings from Nordstrom, Shoes from David's Bridal (dyed ivory), then comfy flip flops are BCBG from Macy's.  Garter from Etsy with red ribbon changed to green.

The DRESS!

After much hunting I finally found my dress!
